Opt-In
If you’re interested in receiving marketing, non-marketing text messages about and promotions like order updates, appointments reminders via text message from National Auto Group DBA Byrider, you may be asked to provide your mobile phone number and give consent to receive marketing text messages. This is done by filling out our Get Pre-Approved form on JDBNOW.com Please note that by providing your mobile phone number and opting-in to receive text messages, you understand that message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 330-937-9773. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

National Auto Group DBA Byrider’s text message programs are supported by AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. National Auto Group DBA Byrider are not responsible for any charges or fees you may incur from your mobile service provider for receiving text messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Abuse
At National Auto Group DBA Byrider, we take the misuse of our system seriously. Our clients are only supposed to use our system for opt-in text messaging to provide relevant information on the products and services you requested information on of for sending information to customers they have a pre-established business relationship with. If you suspect someone is abusing our system, such as sending unsolicited or spam text messages, please contact us immediately at info@jdbnow.com. We will investigate any reports of abuse and take appropriate action to ensure that our system is used in a responsible and legal manner.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive maximum of 5 messages a month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Changes to These Terms
National Auto Group DBA Byrider and our clients reserve the right to modify or update these opt-in and opt-out terms at any time. By continuing to participate in our text message programs after any changes, you agree to the modified terms.
